cooking...

I would like to speak you about cooking!!! I love cook. And my specialities are crumbles, and biscuits. I love to do this. When there is a family assembly like Christmas Day, or for the new year, or other event, I do the small crunchy almond biscuit ( it's my aunt who teached me), cookies, shortbread, and littles chocolates cakes, meringues, ... Everybody love this. Moreover it's easy to eat it, no need places settings.

Concerning crumbles, there are two kinds of crumbles. We have salted crumbles and sugar crumble. The salted crumbles are used like a garnish in a meal with a main course, or for a first course. The sugar crumbles are used like afters. We make this with fruts. It's easy to do it. Even if the person who doesn't know cooking or can do this.

In the next article, I will take a recipe if somebody wants.

My dog...

I want to speak you about my dog. It's a female. The purebred is a mixte of collie and the schettland. For me it's a lovely dog what i had never seen in my life. All of animal i have had she accepts them (cat, rabbit, an other dog...).

So she is hill and she was old. Sunday 27 october we take our dog in a veterinary. the veterinarian told us that there isn't possiility because she was very hill. So the veterinarian has a job in order to the dog died.

I'm sad. It was the best house dog and the best pet.

I know that is not happy to speak that in a blog but i don't have other subject.

The Badminton...

The badminton is racket sport which playing with a shuttlecock. It's a derive from tennis, but it's untiring than the tennis. this sport plays in a room for sports.
It's a tactical play. In Asia it's their first sport, and in the world it's the third after football and tennis.

the game consist in exchanging a shuttlecock with a racket above a net which high is 1,524m at the center and 1,55 at the goal post.
So I don't give you the details because it's too long.

It's my favorite sport. I played this sport between 1997 and 2004 in a club. I stopped in 2004 cause off a rupture of Achilles tendon during a competition. And now i play badminton sometimes for example in IUT, and when I have the opportunity.

my favorite Singer...

I would like to speak you about my favorite singer. It's a girl.
She is famous in the south of America, like Argentina, Colombia, but she is famous too in Spanishes countries.
I don't give you details of her because almost of our class think who is...
she dances very well and she sings too very well. She has a duce with Wyclef Jean and with an other singer called Beyonce, and Alejandro Sanz too.
I like this singer because she is simple for me...
